*I've been here since January. I never really ever had problems living there. Management does a great job on keeping the pool, parking lots, and overall the property clean. When ever I had a maintenance issue, they would gladly come over the same day and fix it at no-charge...Great experience living here

*I just renewed my lease. The management gave my roommates and I a great deal for the 2011-2012 year. The apartments are spacious and come furnished which makes things a lot easier. Also, the pool is great and they maintain it well. There is always something to do around U Village.

*I love it here. I have rented for two years, going on three. There is so many fun things to do such as play basketball, volleyball or swim in the pool. Theres a game room and a work out room as well. If your a student this is your spot!!! Right across the street from the campus with shuttle service!!

*Just renewed my lease! I would recommend u-ville to anyone. Great pool, free food & resident parties. We have a 4 bedroom townhouse with 4 bathrooms, it's nice not having to share a bathroom.

*I have lived at University Village for 2 years and lately it has been so much fun! The office grills hot dogs by the pool every Friday for Frank Friday. Also, any leftovers, they wrap up and throw down to us! On Tuesdays, they do another food event like Taco Tuesday. They are doing tons of other things to win prizes lately! I won 2 Facebook trivia contests and got $10 Itunes gift cards each time!

The pool has been packed everyday and it has been such a blast! I think that University Village is a great place to live, especially in Spring and Summer!
